It depends on your ages, your interests, and ESPECIALLY how long you 2 have been together. If the gift is too, um, mushy, it could really bomb if both of you just started dating 2-6 months ago. (Forget about rings-unless this is a long term thing-which it doesn't sound like) There are lots of websites that have "Under $25" or "For Him" gift ideas. ( Check out the website otherwise known as a long river in South America. They have very cool ideas this year, and cheap too.) Otherwise get him something that compliments a hobby or interest. Gadgets are always cool. Also, my bf still has a black waterproof wallet I bought him 7 years ago. Anyway, keep it cool, NOT clingy. If the gift screams I wanna commitment, babies etc, run far away!

I am not sure how expensive they are, but how about a picture frame where you can put your digital photos into it, and have the photo change every 15 minutes (for example) - kinda like a screen saver but it is a stand up picture frame. You could put photos of the two of you! Or romantic/memorable places you have been together!

A sweater on sale, tickets to something, a DVD & popcorn or candy, a book, a picture of you & him in a nice frame. It really depends on what he likes and if he collects anything.
