I am a frequent traveler to the US since 1984 . Last year when i arrived to detroit i was asked by the officer at the front desk to go to a back room to do a special registration , where they took my fingerprint and my photo and they told me that i have to do special registration everytime i enter or exit the US .
- Does this procedure still exists ?
- Can i apply for a waiver , as the registration might take up to three hours depending on the number of people waiting to register ?
- to whom should i apply for the waiver ?
- is there any conditions or requirements to get the waiver ?

Hi Friends !!! My problem is personal, but I want answer on humanitarian grounds.
My cousin sister is a professional writer and writing books for the last 4-5 years.
Few days back she requested me to help her in her computer work as well as proof reading work. I agreed because we are very close with each other. Initially, she told me she would be paying me as per market rates. She took my help not only once but 4 times. However, I was flabbergasted when she tried to compensate me by giving small and old gifts like old clothes. I refused to accept those gifts. She showed her annoyance but I politely said ‘no’. Now, what should I do, I am really not able to forget about the labour I put in for her and her unethical approach, in reality, is heartbreaking and hurting. Can any one of you suggest me what exactly should I do, should I forget about my labour or should I discontinue doing work for her, I am completely confused.

Ok Here's what I'm looking for-
It needs to be a 1-2 gb flash drive
plug directly into the usb port (like an ipod shuffle does)
plays mp3s
voice recorder
AND have a rechargeble battery.

I've seen several items with all but one of these features but I have yet to find one with ALL of them. The mp3 part really isn't important but it MUST have voice recorder, be rechargeable and plug directly into the usb port and also serve for file storage. if you know of an item that does all of these things, please steer me in the right direction. Thanks!
