Ok Here's what I'm looking for-
It needs to be a 1-2 gb flash drive
plug directly into the usb port (like an ipod shuffle does)
plays mp3s
voice recorder
AND have a rechargeble battery.
I've seen several items with all but one of these features but I have yet to find one with ALL of them. The mp3 part really isn't important but it MUST have voice recorder, be rechargeable and plug directly into the usb port and also serve for file storage. if you know of an item that does all of these things, please steer me in the right direction. Thanks!

Olympus makes one -- here's a link to it on Circuit City's site
You'll have to buy your own AAA rechargeable battery -- you really don't want an internal one, anyway, when it goes bad...
