i have pain in my lower left side ive had a ultrasound and a ct scan the pain is unbearable the pain feels like contractions can some one help me please

To me, sounds like irritable bowel syndrome. The good news is that about the only major things on the left side are the descending colon, left ureter, and the left ovary. Does it burn when you pee? Are your periods different? Do you have diarrhea or constipation? You should follow up with your PCP. He can do a KUB or ultrasound to check for a kidney stone, a US will also look for a cyst or tumor, a UA to check for UTI, and possibly a stool sample. Or they can just do a CT. Sounds like renal colic or kidney stones but I think your tests would show that or at least your Dr. would be able to diagnose it.

might be a UTI (urinary tract infection) or kidney infection or stones...
