one large baking potato, wash and prick with a fork, place on a folded over sheet of kitchen paper in microwave, set your microwave to suitable programme to cook it. Whilst it is cooking grate the desired amount of cheese and choose either baked beans or cold-slaw beans probably for you as they are nice and hot and comforting when your sick, heat the beans gently. When potato has finished cooking split it and put a scrape of butter inside and salt to taste. Pile on some cheese and pour beans on top, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and watch it begin to melt deliciously. Do the same with the coleslaw if that's what you chose. enjoy probably takes about 15mins in all.

Soup. I always have tomatoe soup when I have a cold as it warms my insides up and doesn't take long to cook at all.
