Excel help please?

I need to create graphs to track changes in stocks prices and transaction information. Please help...I used to know how to do this but I can't remember. Thanks =)

To insert a chart into your Excel file, choose, Insert, Chart, and then select the range of data to form the diagram from. If you change the data, the chart is automatically updated.

Try Insert... Chart... and use the XY Scatter to plot values along the X and Y axis.
