My wife and I have been on a work out regimine for 3 months now. We meet with a personal trainer once a week, go to the gym about 5 days a week. We eat portion controlled meals every 3 hours to keep our metabolism up. I drink plenty of water, drink green tea, and even take protein shakes after workouts. Workouts consist of alternating days between lifting weights and doing 40 mins of cardio. The problem is that despite doing everything we've been asked to do, we only lost weight in the first month (about 15 lbs each)....now it's been a month and we haven't lost anything! I don't even feel like my clothes are getting looser....What could be happening and is there anything we should do about it? Our trainer just keeps acting like we're not trying hard enough, but I feel like we're killing ourselves trying to do everything that is asked of us, and still not seeing results. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks
