There could be a number of reasons for the way your dog is reacting. He could have eaten something have a flu of some sort there should be a number to call a vet for an emergency. so give your vet a call get this dog some help. I wish you all the best with your wonderful friend.

Please find an emergency vet...even if its only possible to speak to them by phone...it may be long distance, but it will be worth it...it could save your dogs life. Are you sure your regular vet doesn't get out of bed for emergencies or refer his patients to an after hour service? All vets here have a recorded message with a contact number in case of emergency (sometimes the number of another vet practice).
I sure hope he's feeling better soon.

Aww... Poor thing.
Most cities have a 24 hour emergency Vet office, that covers for the other locations in the area after hours. Call your vet and see if their voicemail tells you where to call. Aside from that, check the phonebook or online directory.

I would suggest you look in your phone book for an emergency animal shelter. That dog needs medical attention immediately; not in a couple of hours. Good luck.

Check to see if this dog has been bitten by a Rattlesnake or other poisonous snake. It sounds like the dog has been poisoned. Get the dog to the ER vet ASAP in order to save his life.

Hey sweetie...since you said she went out to fed him... i assume he stays outside. He could of ate something bad..maybe like a bug or a small frog. He could also be sick. Do you have a flea collar on him? Sweetie just give him your love and stay with him and keep him warm until you can get him in. Try giving him water or milk. God bless you and your dog sweetie!
