I downloaded an aerobics video from the internet. I don't have any aerobics instructor close to my place. I have too much flab on my buttocks, like that of a girl's buttocks(no offence, but I mean the shape and size of my butt is more girl-like rather than like a guy's should be), and also, a not so slim tummy. The video has only girls working out in it. But it doesn't say that the exercise is meant only for girls. The video I have is - TPOWIS-Super Shape-Up Program Stretch And Strengthen shiny unitard fitness aerobics.avi. Is it ok for me, a guy,to practise these aerobics exercises so that I can shape up my abs and buttocks?

i am sooo stuck! my boyfriend and i have been dating for 2 years in feb & i have NO idea what to get him for christmas this year.. i am 19 and he is almost 21. i have gotten him everything i could think of for the past christmas' and birthdays and he has EVERYTHING! he just bought a nintendo wii and has 6 games for it. he has everything he needs for his truck, a digital camera, a laptop, etc.. anything and everything a boy could have. i really dont have a lot of money and ive already made him a coupon book for his last birthday. im thinking of a scrapbook, but we dont have too many pictures of each other so im kinda ruling that one out. he likes pretty much everything, but i REALLY need ideas!! thanks!

I have niticed that SO MANY PEOPLE have pathetic grammar and sentence structure that it is nearly impossible to follow their questions. I mean, there is a SPELL CHECK on here for goodness sake people!! But the inability to make half ledgible sentences . . . it's no wonder there are so many problems. Communication is the key to MANY things. I would love to help people than I can, but, it is frustrating and difficult to help someone whom you cannot understand.

We used to raise Dalmations.... My mom and dad love them to death, our male Duke was the best dog we've ever had. Our neighbor posioned him (about 10 years ago, maybe less) and he died within a couple of days. My question is, does anyone know of any reputable breeders? I would love to get them a Dalmation, not neccessarily for Christmas, but just because. They've wanted one for so long now, and I've done quite a bit of searching with hardly any results. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

I have been reading "Psychic Development for Beginners" by William W. Hewitt. I have been diligently doing all of the exercises and things have been starting to happen. One of them is... We just started having an entity(s) in our home. My 9 year old cat, who usually sleeps all day just started running non-stop, playing all day & night for the past 4 days. My 15 month old keeps pointing in the corner of his room saying hi, hi, bye, and follows aroun the room with his finger. He wont sleep at all (he is usually great about his 3 naps a day and all night sleeping), for the past 4 days.
The presence does not feel negative at all.

I want to know how I can maybe contact it/them and/or how to remove it/them. I heard about smudging. Thanks so much

The under-reporting from the Pentagon of American deaths really get me. The report laid out consequences from bad to worse, including the threat of wider war in the Middle East and reduced oil production that would hurt the global economy.

In a slap at the Pentagon, the commission said there is significant underreporting of the actual level of violence in Iraq. It also faulted the U.S. intelligence effort, saying the government "still does not understand very well either the insurgency in Iraq or the role of the militias."

Bush seems to have the final word so... what will it be?

How can I open a .class file?

From my research I have found that .class is for a javascript database thingy, and I have tryed reading the class file with notepad and I have found some clear text, and some special characters. I have a feeling though, it will be alot clearer to read using a program. Do any of you know what program I would need (I am thinking it might be access) to be able to read this class file.

I don't understand. My first wife was pretty, thin, and had a great body.. Now im divorced and i only get hit on by unattractive women. Was my first wife just a lucky strike that i took for granted. I feel like i cannot be with someone less attractive than her, or i have lost. I think this is because my height, as i get good scores on those pic rating sites like hot or not. The problem is i get very down and often suicidal about it. is this just how it is going to be for me because of my height. I.e... never having a chance with a physically attractive woman?
