to help build muscle, tone, or "loose" the extra skin alongside my armpit area. YOu ladies know what im talking about right?Lots of us have it and i want it gone.

Hi! Well some good ways are using a treadmill and you should probably jog for about 20-25 minutes a day. I have done those and it has worked! Well Good Luck!

Go to Seventeen.com and there are some exercises u might find helpful. U can lift weights and resistance train.

i'm guessing you're referring to your pect.s .....try weight lifting for your pect.s and bi./tricep region. Just keep your posture straight and stand tall and push those boobies out.
