THE REASON I ASK IS THAT MOST OF THE ANSWERS ARE REALLY .....WELL.......CHILDISH. KIDS TRYING TO ACT LIKE ADULTS. DON'T GET ME WRONG I LOVE KIDS. BUT SOME OF THE ANSWERS REALLY SCARE ME. TROUBLED KIDS MAY COME HERE FOR ADVISE AND ALL THEY GET IS RUDE CRUEL ANSWERS.THAT ISN'T RIGHT. I JUST HOPE THAT THERE ARE ENOUGH OLDER PEOPLE HERE SO THE KIDS CAN GET SOME ADULT FEEDBACK. SOME OF THESE KIDS ARE VERY WISE FOR THEIR AGE...THANK GOODNESS. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ANSWERING A TOUCHY QUESTION. YOU COULD CAUSE SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS IF YOU GIVE UGLY ANSWERS. TRY TO ANSWER WITH KINDNESS. AND SOME OF THE QUESTIONS ARE SO STUPID THEY DON'T EVEN WARRANT AN ANSWER. WHEN GIVING ADVISE ALWAYS THINK TWICE.

What you should question is the mental age of the participants. They are spoiled children whose parents didn't bother to teach them respect or manners. They take a great invention, the pc, and a good idea, YA, and use them to show their asses in public while remaining safely anonymous.

Your son is a great kid. Seeing some pictures of naked people doesn't change this. It is very normal for a nine year old boy to be curious about sex and human sexuality. It is not new or rare for preteen boys to show each other pornography. (When I was nine, it was pages from magazines, not websites.) Young children wonder about all sorts of grownup secrets—what happens late at night after bedtime, money, driving, sex...it's to be expected. Sometimes they end up getting answers a little more informative than would be best. At this point, it's essential that you have a birds-and-bees talk with him. You are not too late, but you definitely know he has stuff to hear. Talk to him about love, sex, procreation, enjoyment, morality and pornography. It might not fit into one talk; that's fine. As for talking to parents, I don't have much advice there. I'm not sure much is necessary—what you don't know, you don't know. You might make a point to casually mention that you installed filtering, thinking it was a good idea as your son got older to keep that stuff from coming up. That being said, the filter doesn't do much. It's on your computer, not his eyes or brain. What's more important is to teach him so he understands about sex. Again: if he's a great kid, he's a great kid. Seeing pornography doesn't change that. Don't doubt him for a second.

i'm 31....do i qualify? generally i'm more an adult tryin to act like a kid but nevertheless i always pretty much just give an answer indicative of what my opinion is on the question. And, if the 'tone' of the question permits, i'll try to make the answers creative or throw in a bit of humour. Its good to make it interesting excercise your creativity and also have a bit of fun. Know whatchya mean here tho. I like the age old addage "ask a stupid Q, get a stupid answer" these i have fun with, but if some1 is serious & needing proper advice, i'll answer accordingly. 'my 2c'

I'm 50.......I agree that most here seem to be very young. It really shows in the dating and relationships forum. I must admit that I'm guilty of giving some sarcastic answers........but some of the questions asked warrant a sarcastic answer. But I try to give good helping answers when the questions are of a more serious nature. I never intend to hurt anyone........sorry if I have.

Adult here over fifty. Yes you are right there are allot of young people here. I just hope that if they really need advise that they will be able to choose good advise over bad.
