I have niticed that SO MANY PEOPLE have pathetic grammar and sentence structure that it is nearly impossible to follow their questions. I mean, there is a SPELL CHECK on here for goodness sake people!! But the inability to make half ledgible sentences . . . it's no wonder there are so many problems. Communication is the key to MANY things. I would love to help people than I can, but, it is frustrating and difficult to help someone whom you cannot understand.

I know what you mean. I have interviewed people and they were
all "dis" and "dat"...I have read applications and it was all ebonics.
Like I want "BUCKWHEAT" working for me...

but honestly, I think some of these people are not from the US or are just learning to speak English. FYI, the English language is very hard to learn...
