I love spending time with family and buying gifts for everyone but I really HATE decorating. I still haven't put one Christmas decoration out but I know I have to because I have a small child. AHHHHH!!! I am dreading it.

I love decorating and I put a lot of time and thought into it.

What I hate is taking it all down.

I personally think that decorating is one of the best ways to get you into the Christmas spirit, especially if you have some good Christmas music playing in the background. This year, my mom didn't put any lights outside, which bothered me :(

I love to decorate and hate taking it down.
I love to spend TIME with the Family not the $$$$ on the gifts.
Merry Christmas!

I love putting them up. its putting them away I dread.. nothing seems to fit in the box it originally came out of...ever notice that? oh well.. you dont have to go all out. if its really stressing you out just get a small tree and do a few basic decorations on it.. aka lights and a few oranaments, stockings and a wreath... then spend the rest of your time and energy on hitting those awesome sales EVERY store has going on right now :) happy holidays and PS christmas music might give ya a jumpstart

I love it! Fun and creative. We spend over three days just putting up our tree with over 500 ornaments and Nativity Scene. We also put up two Christmas scenes ala Studio 56 and Lemax figures and settings. Then garland and candles all around and on the mantle. Then another 1/2 day putting up the outside lights on the hedges and around the doorway. Great fun!
Hey, you can probably hire a college kid to do it for you for a few bucks. They all need cash and would probably like the job!

I used to get into decorating but, no longer. Any more, it is just extra work that I do not have the time for. I still get it done, with help from my family.

i think very responsible receiving presents at the same time as i imagine someone has spent money they do no longer have or at the same time as i do not really like the present - for sure i ought to under no circumstances say something, notwithstanding it basically resources to the melancholoy of the vacation. I have realized to settle for presents and, as someone who also lives very a strategies faraway from family individuals, deliver again what i'll't take on the airplane (it form of feels i'm continually being given a ton of breakable, heavy or awkward formed issues) or leave them at my mom and father to savor at the same time as i'm there - reckoning on what it really is. Or, issues can continually be exchanged even without the gifter understanding.

Christ don't need no fancy decorations from us,Christmas isn't about decorations, if you really must get a modest one like electric candles on your window sills.
GOD Bless.

JUST START BY DOING 1 THING AT A TIME. PUT SOME CHRISTMAS MUSIC ON TO LISTEN TO AND GET IN THE MOOD. LIGHT A CANDLE. I DID THIS LAST WEEK WHEN WE HAD ALL OF OUR ICE AND SNOW AND COULDN'T GET OUT TO GO ANYWHERE.
