I have to recite a speech at a conference. I'm the world's quietest person, I just don't like public speaking. Everytime I do it, I:
1) Forget my lines
2) Stutter
3) Become SO nervous
4) Can't talk

How do I beat this? (And don't say alcohol. Trust me, I've done that before too, and it wasn't pretty)

I am 13, and I am sure I love this guy. He is smart, nice, hot in my opinion, and so much more. I think he hates me b/c my most trustworthy friend told me he did, and I thought he did before he said that. I've done everything I could think of, and I can't get over him. I've liked him since March of this year. I asked him out like in May, and we were dating for like 3 weeks, but then we (me, my mom, and sis) were gonna move too far away for us to keep going so I broke up w/ him. Guess what? We didn't move, we decided at last minute. Now he seems to hate me, and various peple have verified that. I need help, I have no idea what to do. I can't get over him... Oh yeah, I asked him out again this year and he said no, I was sooo sad, but that was like 2 months ago. I'm considered hot to most guys from what they've told me, I'm smart, and nice, trustworthy, reliable, a shoulder to cry on, I'm there for people... I'm not full of myself though, I'm goin' by friends opinions. WHAT DO I DO???!!!

I have read several books that say no, but I'm beginning to doubt them. My five month old won't sleep alone. For naps I end up holding her and bedtime she falls asleep in my bed & then I transfer her to the crib. She is constantly crying (fussing) to be held. The only time she'll sit alone is if someone is in front of her talking to her.
IF SHE'S NOT SPOILED THEN WHAT IS IT?

Number 4

A man bumps into a woman in a hotel lobby and as he
does, his elbow goes into her breast. They are both
quite startled. The man turns to her and says,
"Ma'am, if your heart is as soft as your breast, I
know you'll forgive me." She replies, "If your
penis is as hard as your elbow, I'm in room 221."

I'm trying to remember the name of a book I had when I was very young (early-mid 1980's). I think it was one of the Golden Books, but I'm not sure. It was about forest creatures, mothers with their babies. It was also a counting book. With each creature, the number of babies increased and the words rhymed. I particularly remember the family of lizards basking in the sun, "Bask said the mother, we bask said the (# of babies) and they basked all day...." I can't remember the rest.
Can anyone help?

It's after midnight
And everyone's in their room
And I'm just waiting for the lights to go out
But in the mean time
I'm ringin' ringin' your phone
I'm sayin' baby be patient
I have almost escaped to see you
When they fall asleep
I'm gonna be free
Hope nobody wants to stay up too late
Cause I'm
Sneakin out to play tonight
Gonna take a taxi ride
Have fun with you
It feels so good I can't wait
Feels like a minute when I'm with you then
The whole thing has to end
Hurry up get back in bed
Before daybreak
I can't stay inside
I know I saw you last night
But it's already been too long
I need to feel your body
The touch of your body
But that's not all
No that's not all
When I'm around you time gets lost
When they fall asleep
I'm gonna be free
Hope nobody wants to stay up too late
Cause I'm
Sneakin out to play tonight
Gonna take a taxi ride
Have fun with you
It feels so good I can't wait
Feels like a minute when I'm with you then

David Pilbeam, a Harvard University paleoanthropologist, says:
"If you brought in a smart scientist from another discipline and showed him the meagre evidence we've got he'd surely say, "forget it; there isn't enough to go on."

And William Fix, the author of an important book on the subject of paleoanthropology, makes this comment:
'As we have seen, there are numerous scientists and popularizers today who have the temerity to tell us that there is 'no doubt' how man originated. If only they had the evidence.'
