If you fix it the right way, 1 cup of sugar per quart it is sweeter than soda and easier to drink. Kool Aide is much cheeper than soda. Kool Aide is the bomb

I drank it as a kid, I drink it now and my kids drink it too. It is great because they are cheap and make 2 quarts per package, each package is about $0.15, and they are in an abundance of flavors. Though they no longer make my favorite Mountain Berry Punch, they have one that is quite similar to the flavor called Blastin' Berry Cherry. They also have these new invisable ones that surprise your kids because they think it is water. All in all I think that the price, flavors, and color assortments speak for themselves. Oh, and one more thing, you can control the sugar content and even use substututes if needed. Oh Yeah!

Most kids would agree that it tastes good (for kids, this translates as sweet), and that is what is great about drinking it.
It also turns your tongue different colors, which also appeals to kids.
Try some, you might like it.

I'm 13, and i've never really seen the big deal with it. Alot of my friends drink it though.
