I don't look my age and he thinks I am just 45. I know he likes me although he has a girlfriend. He couldn't stop seeing me too and he always wonder why. Why?

I don't think age is that big of a deal if two people love each other. Does he know your real age? Why is he seeing you when he already has a girlfriend? Isn't that kind of disloyal and disrespectful? Does he love you?
I think you should be able to get your answer if you can answer some of the questions in your head. Nobody else can give you better answers.

You may be 60 but it doesn't sound like experience has helped you much. You're in love? How about being realistic. I don't care how good for your age you look, this guy is either in it for the money or for a new experience. But please, don't expect it to last or become anything meaningful.

Tell the guy, the truth always prevails. and if he accepts you for who you are, then be happy with it. This isn't your burden. Tell him.
Ask him about his relationship about his girlfriend.. and make him compare it to you.. let him think about it. He should be able to proccess all of this.
