a(1 + or - b)^c = d

where a = initial amount of money/population

b = percent (i.e. 9%/0.09 or 25%/0.25)

c=time

d= final amount

i can say that b = (1 + x)

your b in the equation is 2.3

so it must be an increase of 1.3 or 130%
