Provide some answers when you see the doctor. Not a witch doctor but a real medical doctor.
1) where you live and the type of plants outside
2) what you eat
3) if you have any pets
4) if you are taking any medication or any other over the counter medicines.
JUST A FEW HERE BUT YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT MORE.

Sounds like you may be allergic to UV light, just a suggestion, as you are affcted in hours of daylight, and it doesnt matter what season it is.

you have hives I have suffered with them for 4 years there isn't a deficient cause .it comes and goes ,I feel for you try not to over do it .do not sweat, use cold presses and take cool baths. stay away from heat and wear loose clothing. Chronic hives can last for years with no known cause.

It could be hay fever, I think. Check with a good doctor, he should be able to say what it is, and give you medication to prevent it happening.

immunologist would be able to help you. have an allergy test done to narrow your options. maybe it is something you eat, and not necessary an enviornmental element. good luck!
