I'm doing some research for college and I'm also curios myself-I thought it would be too biased if I based my project with my own views.

Some people hate the movie bond because he doesn't resemble the book character.
-others like me love the movie character and know he's an outrageous character modified for the big screen.

what are your views? any unique ones?

My ex is coming over to get the cat for the week while I am away on vacation. We broke up about 6 months ago and I haven't seen her in 2 months. She has said she has moved on and she is even starting to date somebody. I still think we are great together and would love to give us another chance. I have already professed my feelings for her and she has turned me aside. I have tried the no contact thing, but everytime we go more than a few days of not talking she always e-mails me about some trivial little thing.
I want to get her back, but don't want to push her away. So how should I act or what should I do when she comes over to my place on Friday???

Is anyone else tired of seeing the celebration of Jesus' birth turned into a money and gift oriented circus?! Kids are getting way too much stuff,people are overspending,there is so much hype!! I try to keep it more simple every year,but my extended family keeps turning Christmas into something unpleasant.There is so much focus on material stuff. Any good suggestions to help combat this yearly battle that should not be?!

No offense to you parents who like the more traditional names, but it seems that there are MILLIONS of kids named Michael and Brittany. I'm not saying that parents should name their kids after "Star Trek" characters, but I can't help but think that if a kid has a less common name, he'll have a stronger sense of individuality. Also, he would know when he was being addressed when he heard his name being called.

My boyfriend will be coming home December 15th after being gone for 3 weeks of training. What is okay to get him as a welcome home present without it being like too girlie of a gift? I have thought of getting him a bouquet of flowers and a card or a balloon and cards but didn't want it to seem too girlie to welcome him home. Any suggestions?

i just had our first baby and my husband and i are having sex again. the thing is, i'm on the pill until i can get an IUD and i'm so paranoid about getting pregnant again.
i'm sure it's just that i'm not ready to have another baby since i just got done having our little one, but i was wondering if anyone else experieinced this???

i mean, i feel like every time we have sex i will get pregnant!

did anyone else go through this?? is this just one more thing that will pass with time??

For years, World Wrestling Entertainment has been trying to use it's wrestlers as movie actors. From Jessie "The Body" Ventura to Rowdy Roddy Piper to the Rock and now John Cena and Kane, Vince McMahon has been trying to make his sports entertainers into movie stars.

The question is, why do wrestlers suck so badly as actors?

It seems odd - since so much of pro wrestling is basically acting, and acting live, without a script, while doing your own stunts. How come these talented entertainers can't make the transition to film acting which would seem so much easier than sports entertainment?
