I've sat in a load of American lessons, they teach simple things in complicated ways and usually don't even teach things like maths, just give examples. Social studies is hardly to do with sociology, it's just American history, in UK we learn history AND social studies. They don't get let outside until after school (where I saw). If they are late by a few seconds they need to get a late slip. Why is American history so important, no-one cares about the history..it isn't good anyway it's just a lot of killing innocent people. Teaching all that stuff makes people so big headed and think "I'm the best and live in the best country". When they leave school their grades are worth less than UK grades yet they have school for an extra 2 years. The grade is the same as everyone else's, how can you tell if someone is capable of something or better at something than someone else? Why doesn't America copy the UK(country with the best education in the world) rather than improving it..backwards
