Corporations are GREEDY, they will cut and slash and over work employees. Without laws these GREEDY corporations would be doing much worse.

Those laws were made during a different time, one where they were needed more. Just think of the child labor laws. They helped protect children. In current times, society would help speak out against the company and if enough boycotted, then the company would change their ways. I think the laws are still needed though since the countries which don't have the laws are still treating their employees unethically.

Yes, this is why unions came about. Now I know you union bashers are going to stick it to me for this. I recognize the unions have overstepped their boundaries a little bit. However, the emergence of the middle class was directly related to the unionization of workers. Not all corporations are 'evil,' but many need to be governed to do the right thing.

NO! People have been brainwashed by liberals into thinking that it's the role of government to "protect" them from "evil employers." What a crock.
Every person has a wonderful organ called a TONGUE and they need to undergo training to learn how to use it instead of depending upon government for everything. It would be like teaching a child that he had to be dependent upon you for the rest of his life, never developing any character or learning how to fend for himself.
This, of course, is what the Democrat party is about - making cripples out of people and insuring that they're always dependent upon them.
Liberals are really clueless and don't have any understanding about the way things are supposed to function in our society.

Yes because sadly a great number of the population is more motivated to do the "right thing" for fear of a "punishment" than doing the "right thing" for the love of kinship and honor.
