I eat healthily and try to go to the gym 3 times a week but sometimes i just dont have the time! ive have been trying to lose weight for almost a year now and nothing seems to be happening,,,,,,,,,,,,,am i doing something wrong? when at the gym i go on the bike, cross-trainer and the treadmill (although i find running hard so i walk fast uphill).
does anyone have some serious suggestions that could help me lose weight and keep it off.
i am 19 years old, about 5"7 and i weigh about 176lbs
