Okay, I love certain foods, and if I see them, I WILL buy/eat them. How do i stop these cravings? For instance, If I see those andes chocolate things, I will eat a lot of them. They have so much calories in them. But that's only one thing I'm like that with. What Im doing now is working out and I want to try to only eat lean cuisines, or any light calorie foods. But as I said, how do I just say 'no' to the foods I like so I DONT eat them?
