Is there a divine force that binds us together? and if there is, why do we not have proof? physicists are striving to discover the secret of the theory of the big bang, but is there some divine force that is holding them back from discovering the truth? Or are we all just a big experiment, in a test tube which is made up of galaxies in a superior being's laboratory, please provide your thoughts?

I have been tired for most of my life. From Elementary school through University I have had serious problems getting to school on time no matter how much sleep I got. As an adult, I need 10 hours of sleep a night in order to function. I am not lazy, I eat a healthy diet, and I try to get some excersize every day.

My daughter, 4, is starting to show the same sleep problems that I have. Her teachers at preschool (manditory) often complain that she is exhaisted & sleeps all afternoon (head on her desk) 2 to 3 times a week. I give her vitamins, iron, and I put her to bed (lights out) at 8 pm. She has 11&1/2 hours of sleep each night and still can't make it through her day.

Is there a medical condition, possibly hereditary (my mom has a similar problem) that could explain why we are so tired all of the time? I have had problems with depression, on and off, for a long time but my 4 year old is not depressed, just tired.

This is a serious question. Serious answers only!

My 15 year old daughter has suddenly started skipping class and failing subjects because she is not doing her work. I have grounded her and taken away all of her priveleges, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

My sister just found out she's pregnant with her second child. She already has a name picked out for a boy but she's stuck on figuring out a girls name. She's thinking maybe using Hope for the middle name. What girls name would go with the middle name of Hope? She's also thinking maybe using Hope as the first name so what middle name would go with Hope? Her first daughter's name is Averie Madison. Her last name is Cooper.

I'm talking about items which are obviously wanted and the people who battle for the item by throwing occasional bids here and there days before the item is to end on the offchance that someone else wont put an extra penny on their price and take the item before the end. It's unfair towards people who are actually keen enough on the item to stick to the end. I think it's in no one's interest and it basically plays on everyone's greed that comes out of lack of thinking.
(This draws on my previous question, as no one knew what I was on about.)

Claims that are impossible to prove, like god created the universe and all with in, eternal live, Noah’s ark, the walls of Jericho, people living 300 years old & up wards, Adam & Eve and many many more. Not to say they are impossible, but could it be merely books of law & ethics and that man has played a great roll in foresting what is general believed for the sake of control. If today 90% of the people would say there are no such things as God or Gods, what would be the effects on all the claims made in these books

Now anything can happen in the world of baseball. Who would have thought the Tigers could have beanten my Yanks in the playoffs? I see the Cubs as a winning record season, but not a playoff type team yet.

Are Cubs fan being a little bit too over-hyped? Just because they signed 2 of the best Free Agents doesn't give them a sure shot. Any player can break down like Liriano or A-Rod last season.
