as much as i hate to say this there is not much you can do now my babys dad has missed so many pymt to the point were he owes a lil' bit more than 3,000dlls and still nothing has happen sometimes the law is very slow and unfair not that i cannot support my kid but it was not only a one perosn deal and if im dealing w/ it why should he i understand were you are coming from.....good luck.....really

In Alabama, there is NOTHING you can do if they miss the first payment. They have to be one full month in arrears before a lawyer will even talk to you about it.

See if he misses a 2nd and then goto the judge, give him a shot maybe something came up.
