I recently was at a get togeather and a friend of mine introduced me to a girl, we hit it off pretty good until I found out her age, I am 20 and I found out she is 14. We get along real good, she likes me and I am starting to like her back, exept now all my friends are like "shes to young" your gonna go to jail and stuff like this. They say that cars are going to be charged for using roads to "ease congestion" and "cut emissions".
I already pay road tax and fuel tax to use roads. If we pay congestion charges will these taxes be lower (as is the case in France)? I some how doubt it.
When will this Government realise that we are not idiots and know that these crazy "green" taxes are not designed to save the planet they are purely a way of filling the huge hole in the Government's coffers that Iraq and Afghanistan has left.
Charging someone £1000 to drive a Range Rover is not going to reduce global warming, neither is charging me an extra £20 to drive on the M1. What is needed is a larger strategy that looks for cleaner ways to generate electricity, or investment in a more reliable public transport system so no one has to use a car, or could actually start with making the US, china and India sign the Kyoto Treaty. Without these nations signing, we all might as well drive Range Rovers.

i'm 15 and i'm 5 8". one of the girls in my school basketball team asked if i could join as they were looking for tall girls. i said i'll get back to them. now basketball is something i wouldn't even dream of doing so i thought that i'll just say no the other day as i'm not really interested but when i told my parents they so happy and asked me to join. now i don't want to let down my parents expectations and i'm worried if i'll make a fool of myself. i'm even kinda nervous as i don't know anyone else in coaching. what do i do?

Uptight and ignorant idiots these days, both black and white, cry "racism" so much that they have forgotten what racism means. The irony of it all is that the uptight PC people who cry racism are often the racist ones themselves and not the ones being accused. Racism is hatred of or the belief that a race is inferior to another. If someone critizizes the behavior a person who happens to be black, that is NOT racism. In fact, it's NONracist, because that black person is being given the same treatment and expectations as a white person. If the black person were to be given special treatment and not be criticized, that would be racist. I myself, a black woman, have been critized by people on this website for being racist just because I critizize some black people. That is so ludicrous and makes zero sense given that a) I am black myself and b)that would make me NOT racist because I actually care about my people voicing my concern and acknowledging that blacks are capable of doing better.

I think a friend of mine is having a mid life crisis. She was quite conservative before, but now in her 40's she has gotten a [teen] tattoo & nose piercing. before this you wouldnt even think seh would be the type of person to get anything like this. Could this be a mid life crisis? All the people she works with ar eyounger than her, they could be influencing her into these things. Her partner is 5+ years younger, could it be reaching out to be younger?

I have found if I want to find if a physically attractive women has depth (poential girlfriend material) or a level of shallowness I ask "who is your favourite man"?

If they reply the any of the above I think they're not original thinking,will leave all the romance all to me, and will be generally boring. So will maybe just sleep with them.

Does anybody have other 'tester' questions and are women conscious there cliche choices are a downgrade?
