Sin is actually aligning of oneself with unreality . The more sin the less reality. There is no opposite to unreality.

Sin means 'not hitting the mark' so the opposite could be perfection which is impossible for us.
There might not be 'biggest unsin' but I find this really nice:
"Â No one has love greater than this, that someone should lay his life for his friends. " John 15:13-14
“You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.” (Matthew 22:37)
Additionally, God provides principles related to our dealings with fellow humans, such as the Golden Rule: “All things, therefore, that you want men to do to you, you also must likewise do to them.” Matthew 7:12

Sin is doing something to displease God. Sin is doing something God has told us not to do (lie, cheat, steal, kill, disrespect our parents) or not doing something He has told us to do (pray, spread the gospel, take communtion, worship with other believers, read the bible). The biggest unsin a person can do is to accept Jesus as their Savior. After that its all gravy.

Depending on your belief system that could vary. I'd say giving your life for your kid or if childless giving up your life to spare the life of another that you loved so much you did not think twice about it.
