Well you can start out by designing a survey with questions that will lead you to a good conclusion based on the results. You need to then find people that fit the criteria of people you need in the survey..e.g. men age 35+ with 5 years of work experience etc. You also need to decide on a sample size (amt of people you're gonna survey). When you get your responses, you need to draw a reasonable conclusion on your findings. Hope this helps!

You need to survey those students to find out whether they do or don't understand, then analyze your results.
