i do remeber him every once and a while but my mom is blaming me for letting go, did i let go? and for how long should i grieve? i was very divestated the first year.. should i feel guilty about this?

Today was the worst day of my life, I told someone I really cared about a very big lie with the intentions he would find out the truth just to push him away. I told him the someone in my family had died! I know it was stupid! But this relationship had needed to be over, it was to many things going on that wasn't right. We were lying to each other to much, and I just couldn't take it anymore! I am capable of telling the truth. But everytime this man and I would "breakup" we always came back to each other and it just wasn't healthy. So I told this ultimate lie, now he does hate me and he told me that he hoped I died soon, and when I did he hoped I went to hell. Please help me, only God can fix this

I am currently a high school senior, and have my mind set on taking the pre-med route at Thiel College, Pa. I can't really imagine myself doing anything other than a career in medicine. Earlier today i read a description of pre-med that was somewhat discouraging. In high school i have a 3.1 gpa without really trying, including some honors classes. On my ACTs i got a 27. I'm worried that I will not do well in college if i take pre-med. Can anyone give me their own description of their pre-med experiences and any other advice that may be helpful.
