Get the candles out and get ready for some romance!! Maybe start out with a long while of foreplay on HER!!! Get her real tired-know what I mean? So, she's not wanting it right away. Sex doesn't have to be boom-boom-boom. Every-time you have the urge, change, and try something else sexual. Females love cuddling, so in between time, cuddle and massage!!

Take some viagra buddy, then prevent yourself from ejaculating by either squeezing your balls, or using your PC muscle (after you strengthen it) to keep from coming. After that, exercize more often, this will help you with your stamina. It will also increase your sex drive (as if viagra wont do this on its own). Sometimes being somewhat buzzed helps a little, it does for me, it seems to numb a little and I last a lot longer, this should satify your lucky lady. If it doesn't you need to practice the right positions and foreplay. Just suggestions tho

There are a lot of men (In fact, most of them) that cannot physically achieve a second or multiple orgasm. There are a select lucky few that can, but even then the sensitivity is greately reduced.
I wouldn't try to push it further than one per time, if you can't physically do it on your own.

It's gotta stay hard dude. I've been able to do it but it's not all the time. Sometimes you gotta wait like 10 min then be able to do it again, you can make out with her during that time if she's up to it, or she can help you get hard again, that's the best!

There are many ways to satisfy a partner and to acheive sexual gratification. Try foreplay for one. You might find that by useing alternate methods of stimulation you will leave your partner gasping for breath and you are fresh and just getting started. By the time you finish up you both will be lying there wondering just what happened and when can you do it again.

If you are worried about satisfying your partner, but can't get it up again, concentrate on having longer, hotter foreplay. Sometimes men tend to want to breeze through the foreplay, but women love it, so don't. Try to maintain your erection longer by decreasing your sensitivity with a condom. They also make desensitizing products for maintaining erections.

Actually there are 2 factors to be considered here: your age & regularity?
age, if you're over 40, chances are, once a day is already impressive. if under 40, then i guess you ejaculate once a day. once you get used to the routine, it;s hard to break it. phase out! do it less often, twice a week, then once a week. you'd be surprised coz you would actually want the second round after you starved yourself that long(a week is toooooo long already)
:-)

drink lots of water about an hour or so before sex. it pumps everything up and makes it easier to come again, and again, and again ! Also, combine that with some sexy videos that turn you on after coming the first time. It will help get you going again, and again, again ! Have fun!

Here's my answer... Do it right the first time... make sure it's really good, and if your "partner" is not satisfied, then resort to say oral sex... there is a period of time where you cannot perform right after ejaculating. Don't worry, you're human.
