Well im 10 and Im a bit overweight I want to be a bit healthier. Im 100 pounds but my parents and I think I eat too often a day so Im thinking on toning it down not like starving myself of course but putting myself on a scale. May someone tell me some tips like What to drink what to eat in breakfest etc. how long to ride my bike or what excerise Just help me out a bit please =]

I recently got a pound mutt, and it's not completely potty trained... I live in a mountainy area, so I don't want to let him free outside and get all sorts of ticks and fleas. It won't go pee when I take him outside.. He's only 17 lb, so he doesn't eat that much. He's already pooed twice in the house and peed once. I don't know what to do. The only time he pooed was when I took him to a grassy field at the local school and church. What do I do?? Why won't he eliminate outside my house? Should I get the scented house training pads?

im very smart with academics and anything mental......but i so suck at hands on tasks.. my groupmates dont really trust me during lab because they recognize im not good at the tasks..how can i improve at being good with hands on job?! i never dared to apply at part time jobs bcoz i know it will be a struggle!

I hate that feeling so much. I am definately smart enough, bright enough, and have PLENTY of time to study and do my homework and get good grades if not perfect grades, but I dont. I just don't know whats wrong with me. And when I sit down to do my homework I can't focus on it for more than 2 minutes. Its annoying, I want to do it but I cant. No idea what it is, please help. i am 23 and have 2 children from a previous relationship, my husband is 34 and has been married once before and has no children he said that his first wife was on the pill and that they did not want children but now he would like 1 and we have been trying for almost a year now with no luck ive tried everything in my power 2 try n concieve but nothing has worked.Before we started trying i had the implanon in my arm which once taking out all effects have gone from the body unlike the pill injection which takes up 2 a year 4 you to concieve , i had the first implanon put im my arm after i had my first child and i got it took out 1mth before i conceived with my second child so i know that the effects of getting the implanon removed go from your body straight away. any advice would be much appreciated.
