you could become vegetarian. It isn't hard, i turned vege when i was 10 and am now vegan 7 years later. it has been proven to be healthier for your body, your heart, the animals and the environment and economy. You can snack all day on nuts and fresh fruit and veggies and stuff, also, a citrus friut first thing in the morning has been proven to kickstart your metabolism. Cardiac workouts are best, try going for a jog for 30mins 3X a week, or a bike ride for 45mins. Good luck.

You're very young still so you can do plenty of physical activities that will make you healthy. I would say, instead of watching tv or sitting around on the couch you could go outside, go for a walk or go to the park. Riding your bike everyday is a great way to get healthy! Eating right also plays a large part, so for breakfast you can eat fruit, yogurt, or multi-grain cereal (when you pick out a cereal read the 1st ingredient - if it says whole grain that's what you're looking for). Cheerios or Kashi cereals are whole grain cereals that are healthy. If you drink milk drink skim instead of 2% or whole. The main thing is to eat in moderation & not be snacking on foods filled w/ sugar all day. A good snack is unsalted nuts like almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds.

eat more protein such as meat, beans, and so on... avoid carbohydrates like cookies, bread, cake, and stuff that are very sweet like candies and stuff... also limit your eating, try not to think of food all the time, there are many things out there to entertain you like playing with your toys, computer games and stuff like that... when you are not thinking of food and your mind gets busy on something else then you will get less hungry and will be eating less.
