Failure is the step to success...don't loose heart...pray to God and ask Him to guide you. "Consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed to us." - Romans 8:18

I hear what you're saying, sometimes life sucks. But that's what makes life, life. Like Annie said, "the sun will come out tomorrow" try to make a list of all the good things you got going on in your life, then make a list of the bad and see how you can change them! The key thing is, try to stay optimistic! If things just don't seem better though, then go and talk to someone. They have alot of counseling services that can help! And there is no shame in going to a therapist. And try to maybe talk to your family or friends about whatever's up... they might be able to help too!
GOOD LUCK!!

I think you need to learn how to have more faith. You think negative, negative things will happen to you. Life is literally what you make it. Try to think more positive.

Whether you want to believe it or not, there is something positive in your life your overlooking and not appreciating. Appreciate the positives in your life and you'll have more to look forward to in the future.

Everyone goes through problems, it's the way you react to them that determine your outlook. You shouldn't feel hopeless, realize everyday is a new fresh day for something magnificent to happen.

If you have a negative attitude, you'll have a negative day. With a positive attitude you might attract someone special who could change your life. You never know. Just don't give up! Having God in your life takes your worries away.

You shouldn't worry about anything. Worrying makes you look old and miserable. Do what you do to make you happy. Don't worry about other peoples' opinions. They don't matter. You're the only one living your life.

Failure and success are perceived...everyone has different definitions for these terms. Do what you know is good for you, not what other people think is.

You'll be ok...trust! :)

Sometimes bad luck just seems to never end, but things must change sooner or later. We seemed to have bad things happen from 1997 clear through to 2006, and were just now slowly having things turn around, but life does that sometimes, and theres not much you can do except take one day at a time and when it gets extremely to the point where your about to give up turn your problems over to God, and say, here, you take them, I cant handle it any longer, and I don't know all the answers as well. I'm sure that everyone goes through times like these, and says when is this ever going to end, or even get better! It actually will believe it or not! For right now, take a deep breath, and don't think any further than one day at a time! Good luck!

Maybe you aren't noticing the good things. The fact that you are alive and hopefully healthy is a great thing. Try and do as much as you can.. get out.. meet people.. join clubs.. get a hobby that you love (try something completely new). Have you ever tried art? It's therapeutic.
Also, volunteering to help a needy person or group is the best thing that you can do to feel good about yourself. It may sound lame but you'd be shocked at the good feelings it gives you.

I M A Failure

nothing is hopeless. no one is a failure in life. Life is beautiful. It just depends on what angle you look. Think of this, God doesn't give you problems you cannot resolve. I know it sounds like a cliche and it actually is but it's true. God is testing you. Gold is proven to be gold through trials so do not give up. All you have to do is have faith and pray and believe in the good of this world. Optimism is not looking at the world sunny side up. It's seeing the world in its evil and corruption and unfairness yet still believes in the ability of humans to change it to make it a better place. Hope I've helped. GOD BLESS. THINK POSITIVE! LAUGH! CRY! Let out your emotions.

You are not a failure in life. You have a medical illness called depression and I encourage you to see your family Doctor right away. I hope you have health insurance so that you can be refer ed to a psychiatrist who will yes, put you on some kind of medication that will lift the depression and help you get on with your life. It will take a little time but such treatment is extremely good, reliable and not addictive.
Make your life better if you can.
Good Luck

There is something to be said for preseverance. Your depression is a direct function of seemingly fruitless efforts. Just as you cannot succeed 100% of the time, you cannot fail 100% of the time either. You have to believe that the more you struggle and fight, the greater your character will become. Once you do break through all of your adversity, you will be much better equipped to handle, and much more appreciative of, your impending success.

Do some things for you. Remember to have fun. Keep your chin up.

Its not hopeless, you just think its hopeless. The problem isn't that life/the universe/God is against you, its your thinking and your belief in yourself.

You are the only one that can make good things happen for yourself, and to do this you have to believe you can. Once you've believed you can, then you have to believe you can accomplish those things.

It sounds crazy...but then again so is sitting around feeling depressed all the time.
