My wife and I has recently purchase our first townhome 8 months. Do to joining the military I may be stationed in another state. I was wanting to rent out this townhome but can't play as a landlord to do routine inspections on the tennates, nor screen them. I know theres a company that plays the landlord and does all the screening and legal activities.

Would anyone happen to know who they are called? And any pointers on anyone that has been through similar situations?

My daughter and her friend (both college students) recently moved into an apartment. The landlady is quite a cheapskate, and I noticed some safety issues. Since the girls are in class during business hours, I offered to make some phone calls to inquire about exactly what the safety code says, so we'd know what the landlady's responsibility is, before approaching her.

I ended up talking to the fire inspector, and he was very concerned when I described the situation. He wanted to go directly to see the building, because it is in violation of the code. Now the landlady is furious at my daughter, and some of the other tenants are angry at us, too, even though it's an issue of THEIR own safety. They seem to think that I shouldn't have "interfered"!

I can't understand why people will complain among themselves about a problem, but do nothing. Then, when someone decides to blow the whistle, they not only don't support them; they get angry. I think I did the right thing, but they don't!

I had a breast uplift and enlargement last october and paid £6600.00 for this, i have noticed for a while that one is a lot harder and fuller than the other. I cant afford another operation to correct this, will the hospital or surgeon help with this or not??

Your married and you won't have a baby because you can't afford one? My wife and I made 5 children because we love kids and wanted a big family. The American economic engine conspires to restrict our natural right to reproduce by creating economic obstacles. Many good people detour and heed the warning, thats a shame. This is not reckless - this is life. That same hand that conspires, will also give you what you need ( A.F.D.C, medicaid, etc ) Make a life, Make a family.. So much joy to be had! We divorced in 1975, and being young and silly, I asked for nothing in the divorce settlement. I raised my daughter singly and never remarried. My ex died in 1994. He had not remarried. I have an afro like hairdo if I just leave it aloneto grow, but it has the afro shape , not the curls (it stands completely straight). If I let it grow, it will still be standing even at 4 - 5 cms at length. if its a gene thing, both my parents hair goes down like everyone else, so gene ain't the problem. I'm thinking it has something to do with my lifestyle, anybody?

O.J. was about to give us something, it took all of thirteen years now, Sidney must be a teenager now...and Papa, well all he accomplished was grow a big, fat head.

I guess he accomplished what many thrown out fathers wish they had done.

Would you want that book as a trophy? I mean, what's it worth now that the book deal is cancelled, and O.J. just gets a paltry few million bucks to pay some bills with.
