Beauty is not on the serface it is in the heart. and I do not know what agle is so I can not tell anything about that

How would you know either way. The beautiful ones would be to someone and vice versa..

It's all about self-confidence and how YOU percieve yourself really. You can be beautiful and think you are ugly because of low self-esteem. What I hate is when you ARE beautiful and you ARE confident people ALWAYS think you are being vain and stuck up!! It's like how do they expect beautiful women to be confident when they shun them?? Anyways....GOOD QUESTION!!!

Because of how they were raised and what they have been told during their life. Telling a child he/she is ugly/beutiful as a child really does effect their outlook in life.
