Did you do your exercises post operatively?
When implants are used, there is a capsule that developes around the implant.
This breast has to be manipulated, massaged and exercised for a certain period of time to keep the capsule from totally encapsulating the implant and adhering to other tissue thus causing the hard and fuller feeling.
I am not sure that at almost a year later you will be covered by the original cost and you may have to pay more to have your surgeon take care of this for you which I am afraid is the only way you are going to resolve the problem.
All I can say is to check with your surgeon and see if they will take care of this for free though I doubt.

while you're severe approximately getting it finished, do not bypass to a hospital, bypass to between the international Hospitals to have it finished. i don't understand who you spoke with yet I enormously propose the two Bumrungard wellness center or Yanhee wellness center. the two are appropriate hospitals in Bangkok. Bumrungard meets all US scientific standards. I even have had 2 knees replace at Bumungard and repair is like an American wellness center different than you have quite Thai women and not some gorilla nurse that can assist you you. Yanhee wellness center is declared to be the suitable plastic surgical operation wellness center in Thailand, they do many woman boys there and the data is interior the pudding. Bumrungard isn't much less high priced yet greater fee-effective than all western hospitals plus surgeons are for the main area experienced interior the west. you could google the two places and seem for your self. one difficulty to bear in ideas you could improve problems as quickly as you bypass away Thailand and then what?

Cosmetic surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

i'm not sure how it works but i think the best thing to do is to contact the hospital and ask for advice. may be your GP could even give you advice. my sister had a cosmetic breast op earlier this year on the NHS.

i'm sure that you don't look that bad, you may see things that other people might not notice.

Good luck. :)
