I have to appear in court. I got busted in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Im 20 years old and I thought you had to be 18 to gamble because thats how it is in my hometown and pretty much every other state. Im not going to fight it, and im prolly going to be fined $500- $1000 ... any Lawyer-ish people here know if how I can talk the judge into decreasing my Fine?

p.s. I cant afford a lawyer.

Someone just broke my heart. She really mean alot to me. Now that shes moved on,(which wasnt a very good seperation) my ex is back in the picture. He hurt my a while ago but now hes back and wants to prove himself. I never stopped loving him but she made it easy to get over him. My husband and I are trying to have a baby.

I'm not looking for motivation to LOSE weight. I'm looking for motivation to get moving. Do NOT tell me to cut calories or take pills--you WILL be reported if you do that.

Here's the deal:
As a stay-at-home mom with a 14-month old, I'm always exhausted. My husband works evenings, which would make sense to exercise in the mornings/afternoons when he watches our son.

I just can't get motivated.

I spend SO much time cleaning, cooking, and being a mom that I get to bed around 2 and get up around 10. My husband helps as much as he can, but I am still exhausted.

There's an exercise facility in our apartment complex, so it's not like it's far away.

I'm not lazy, I'm just mentally and physically exhausted half the time. I eat well, but I know I need to get out and do things. I do exercise tapes, but I end up cleaning.

ANY advice would be muchly appreciated. I do have a goal that's not impossible, but I need that push in the right direction.

my girlfriend has really been in a tough spot, her mother passed away on thanksgiving, she was 51. My gf is only 20 and she doesnt have any family to go to for this. I am her only outlet. I am doing my best being htere for her, trying to make her laugh, giving her a shoulder to cry on. But there are times when i see her just stare into nothingness, and there is nothing i can say. Hello...I'm 30 years old and I have a BS in Computer Information Systems from Devry University - Columbus (2002). I have been trying to find a good paying IT job since graduation but I have not had any luck. I dont have a lot of experience in the IT field and its very hard for me to land a good paying position. Currently I am employed with a big company but I am not doing something with my degree and also I am not doing something in the IT field. Any advice? It seems companies now days are not interested in hiring people w/o experience. Any advice? I have been out of school since 2002 and I guess you can say I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I have hairy arms, but my friends don't care. I'm just afraid of what guys might think. I'm fun, nice, funny, and I do have guy friends. But I always wear hoodies (even in the summer) when I'm around them, and when I'm in the pool, I always hide my arms under water. I asked a LOT of my friends who shave their arms, and they said they hate doing it, because it's a hassle. Some of them say they're going to let them grow out, but I don't thhink they are going to. They told me not to shave my arms (they are "saving" me). I believe them, but I'm still self-concious about it. (I don't want to wax or nair them though.) what should I do? PLease help!!

I know you all probably not gonna like what I will ask, but please be as open-minded as possible. I know what I have been doing is wrong.

The thing is that: I have been with my current boyfriend for 4 years now and things have been going really good between us. But a while ago, there is this guy at work who has shown me how much he likes me and all. We have flirted a lot--hugs and kisses and all (but no sex!) I really like this guy too, but as much as I know, I do not want anything further with him. I just like the attention he gives me and all the excitement in general. Before you judge me, I know I love my BF, but my problem is, even though I love him, I also love this new stuff the new guy brings into my life. I feel really bad about kissing other guys besides my BF, so don't get me wrong. My boyfriend doesn't know this yet, and I feel extremely bad about it. What am I supposed to do? I mean seriously, I don't want to leave my BF for some excitement.

Hello, I am a Christian man, yet for the past 3 to 4 years I have been struggling against spirits that actually move up and down throughout my body. They afflict me off and on, and are just a general hinderance. I have sought help, but physcologists, write them off as a disease even though I tell them that they actually move up and down my body. The bible has many accounts of demonized people, yet I go on the internet and I cannot find one helpful testimony of an individual who has gone through demonization. Has anyone out there expeirenced demonization or am I the only one!!!

Is organized religion a good thing? Wouldn't the world be more peaceful is there was no such thing?

Personally, I think that organized religion is unneccesary. It is all man made... all the rules and beliefs. Do we really need to belong to a church to go to heaven?

I used sage, by my pillow. I found out from an answer to my question, that mugwort would cause a person to remember their dreams.

But I only had sage, and that is an artemesia too, so that is what I used.

I went to sleep thinking about my family. About how it is hard to find any two of them capable of seeing things the way I do at the same time.

Then I got this dream, "Get out of the ring." Or, stay away from the ring!" What's that mean?

Then I got on a Native American website, and I was not thinking of anything like this, when all of a sudden I starting reading about a circle with a circle.

It is a Lakota belief. Any suggestions? Thank you.
