I am thinking about getting a Freelander and wonder what owners of freelanders think of the idea. are they classed as gas guzzlers? are they gas guzzlers!? approx what mpg do diesal ones do and do mots tend to mean getting out a loan?! I look forward to your comments.

i have no proof-just very obvious -i havebeen keeping quiet for 3 years-however, last monday the cheating spouse left her after she came home from hosp. with newborn. he told her he's unhappy-he disclosed a girls name and all types of info about this woman-but my gut thinks it's not her but the 1st cousin he's pursuing-just covering it up-this will cause a huge rift as it involves family. the 1st cousin is about to turn 19-has just moved out 2 months ago. i think i should tell my nieces' sister as they are very close-she is level-headed and will know how and when to disclose this to her devastated sister. i believe the husband lied as to who he's having an affair with for two reasons:1-when it started, the girl was only 16 and hes afraid to be in trouble and 2-she's a member of our family and he knows it is even more unforgivable. i have no proof-but my gut is telling me i'm right-my husband at first thought i was insane-he no longer thinks that-he believes it is true.

my little brother is 4 years 8 months. I have another brother who is 7 years 10 months. My 4 year old brother likes to fight. He got in a fight his first day of day care. He's a preschooler now and he's never gotten into a fight at school. My 7 year old brother is a little immature for his age and he's about the same level as the 4 year old. (if not a lower level) he's not retarded tho. my 4 year old brother fights a lot at home. He's always beating up the 7 year old and I'm getting tired of breaking up fights. He even fights me and my parents. Of course we reprimand him, but he won't stop. Just a few minutes ago, he was about to hit my 7 year old brother with a vaccum cleaner outlet cord. I yelled at him, so he threated to kill me....again. He's really nice at times, but most of the times he's just rough and wants to fight people. Plus, he doesn't listen. Do you think he's going through some phase or does he need professional help?

Alltel is currently blocking it's users from dialing any of the known free 411 numbers.... this forces us to use their version of 411 which is very expensive and makes money for them....

When I called them and asked them about it... they said that they had blocked all calls to any number that they were aware of that offered this service.

They claim it was regulated under the FCC and fell under the same category as blocking collect calls and 900 numbers. I think these two things are different because both can potentially cost Alltel money...

FREE 411 does not cost ALLTEL money...FREE 411 makes their money because before you get your number, you have to listen to advertisements... they charge people to advertise with them... That's why it is free...

IT IS NOT LEGAL TO FORCE SOMEONE TO SHOP WHERE THEY DON'T WANT TO SHOP... THIS IS FORCING YOU TO USE THEIR SERVICES... SO IS THIS LEGAL?

i probably have a damage on a motor nerve which causes my right arm to be relatively weak. strenghth in fingers and hand is OK just upper arm and shoulder is very weak.
interestingly i don't feel any pain. can somebody explain that or has had similar problem? thanks!

to me **** emo, **** punk (cept for the Clash) and **** techno. I don't listen to music made for the British underclass or euro-trash. I listen to some good rock, hip hop and some Ahmad Jamal type jazz. I would have told you awhile ago that all country is trash, but lately I've been softening my stance toward that.
