You know, the rubber-band like things that they wear between their elbow and their shoulder. They're too thin to be sweatbands, so what are they? I'm a BIG football fan, and I just wanted 2 know. Tnx!

It could be a number of things like:

spandex under armour
turf tape
padding to protect the bicep or triceps muscles
tape

I know exactly what your talking about but I dont have a good honest answer.
Let me help you clarify just in case some folks dont know what your talking about...
They are usually black or white bands in color and they are about 1" thick and are usually located somewhere around the bicep...

Something made out of spandex. Ask GCG. He's the authority on all things spandex related.
