The Colts are currently among the favorites. I think they are goign to have a tough time getting by the Chargers in the playoffs. The Colts run defense can't stop anybody. And L. Tomlinson isn't just anybody. Even if they get to the SuperBowl they could end up playing Dallas again. If this were the case then I would take the Colts. Peyton Manning is too smart to lose to the Cowboys twice. The Bears would also be a tough matchup for the Colts. The Colts were a missed field goal away from getting to the big game a year ago. Or at least giving themselves a shot. My pick is the Chargers as long as LT is on the field. Even though it hurts me to pick against the Colts.

Yes, the Colts may not be the best team in the leaugue but they have found ways to pull out close games. The loss to dallas will make all of the undefeated talk stop allowing the colts to focus on their real goal: getting to miami. Starting this week at philidelphia the colts will be back on track. The focus for the rest of the season will be getting everyone healthy for the post season. This IS the colts year.

Oh the Colts question......this has come up for the last 3 years...they kinda remind me of the Buffalo Bills back in the 90's....what they were in 3 or 4 Super Bowls but never won. No team can win just on throwing the ball, their run offense has not been that good since they let Edge go, so it's hard for me to say yes they will go all the way. To be honest a team needs to firing on all 8 cylinders to win...that means being a little lucky also. right now they are firing on only 5 cylinders....they are missing a few crucial elements to win the Super Bowl.

Sigh... Dosen't it get old that people say this every year, but they don't even realize it?
No...
Two Words
Peyton Manning
Peyton, even throughout his college career, always chokes in big games. Sure, he can rack up wins in the regular season, but unless they bench him and trade for a clutch QB in the post-season, no, again, the Colts will not make the playoffs.

I wish the Colts would go all the way, but I don't think a Tony Dungy coached team ever will.

No, not in the afc this year with that defense. They are a flawed team and it will catch up with them. Can you remember any other superbowl team that was that bad stopping the run?
I'm pulling for them but....................

Their defense isn't good enough, and their running game is not yet good enough to win in the playoffs

They have a good chance, if the defense can improve. Otherwise it will be the Chargers.
