Yeah, youre right, conscience is not the voice of God. It's an inbuilt self-check system in the mind. And it differs in different people according to the kind of beliefs we store in our minds.

Yes. I believe that my conscience is the voice of God.
Because He's the only one that can give the right standard of goodness. My judgment won't matter in the last day, only His.

Your conscience is given to you by God. remember, God said I will write my laws on the tablets of theirs hearts. This is what our conscience does to us. When we do wrong it lets us no that what we did is wrong. Not everybody has The "voice of God" living in them. But everyone has a conscience. So that no one will have an excuse in the last day.

Not many people believe in it. So also not many people express it openly. We also see that the moe religious a man , the moe wicked he is. most of us will dicad God if wefind HIM very inconvenient and if we beliee ha Hr dose not grant us our which. God is also my imaginatioj if I choose to be spoken too. Problem is those who think their own minds are god.
People who are brainwashed into faith are more likley to think God speaks to them, because they want it to be so badly. Their faith has no proof, so they create proof int heir minds.
