okay, i have this friend he currently owns a MS driver liscence but was driving under the influence in FL. his blood showed .28 and the legal amount in FL is .17. he ended up damaging private property this all happen around 2AM. My question is would he get jail time or probation. or will have to pay a fine or what.

I just heard that a friend may be dying of cancer. I haven't talked to her in a while and I am scared for her. I don't think I am suppose to know what she is going through as I heard it from a mutual friend that let it slip. But if she is dying I want to tell her how much she means to me and how much of a friend she has been to me. I don't want to let on that I know but I don't want her to die and I know how positive reinforcement can help people that are sick. It is the middle of the night right now, but I want to call her and tell her how much she means to me, but her cell phone is shut off and I don't want to disturb her family. I just want her to call me so I can talk to her. I haven't talked to her in awhile and I feel sorry about that. I don't want her to die because she is one of the most terrific people I have ever met. I would trade places with her if I could. I just want to talk to her. What should I do?

A man comes to your door, he says "you have been choosen as one of the worlds 3 smartest people, will you please come with me to find out who is the smartest". He takes you into a room with no windows or mirrors, but the 2 other smartest people are there. He blindfolds all of you, and says" i am going to paint a dot on each of your forheads, red or green, if you see one or more green dots on the other two peoples heads, you raise your hand. If you can tell me what color dot is on your forehead, you will be crowned the worlds smartest person.". He paints a dot on each of your foreheads, removes the blind folds, and you see two green dots (one on each of the other forheads) and all three of you slowly raise your hands. After a pause, you say," well, i know what color dot is on my forehead" How do you know?

ok im just wondering why are there bad words?
and who would have the power to make them bad?
for example if you based it off meaning:
**** is considered a bad word but it has the same meaning as poop.
why is **** bad but poop not?
these are the questions that keep me up at night.

I am 32. It will take a year to get pre-reqs done and then I would apply. I would graduate and finish residency around the age of 40. Should this deter me? I know that most people enroll when they are about 27. But I heard that there are a lot of career changers who are being accepted.

there is a vision of beuty and i want to tell her how i fell. we are sorta friends(we talk everyday) and i am kinda shy, i also have many ways os telling hr like myspace and notes and having my friends talk to her. but she has a bf that doesn't deserve her caus he suckz(he always has not just becaus of this). so i am wondering if anyone has an idea of how i could tell her without being straight forward but still telling her myselfe.

The tube of GE Silicone II said it should cure in 24 hours. I made sure the tub was clean and dry for two nights prior to caulking. I have left the window open to help it dry but I am wondering if the humidity from the beach is slowing the drying process. It's been warm here in So. Cal as of late so I expected it to dry faster. Any tips?

My parents are both religious, but Im not. I dont think Jesus saved me. And I dont have a savior, because I havent screwed up my life yet. Also, the teachings of Jesus, and the bible, I could care less for. Its supposed to teach you how to be a good person, but all you need is common sense to figure that out. But if Im completly wrong about this, and Jesus was right, COULD I still get into Heaven?? OR would I spend the rest of my life in hell, even though Ive worked hard to be a good person??
(Id like to think theres an afterlife)

My baby got her 2 month shots today and I was so worried that I got confused with the tylenol dosage. The dr. said to give it every 4 hours but only 3 times and I accidentally gave it btwn 2-3 hours. I just realized my mistake. Should I be worried?

Jeters a great guy we all know that. But he just had WAY to many talent around him. Whoever say's Yankees have been injured have no sense in the brain at all. They had Bobby, Damon, Alex, Jason, Canoe, and OMG who don't that have?

The Twins barely spend any money on people, why? i dont know.

But what does Morneau have? Mauer (who tends to run into ALOT of double plays) Torri (Okay he's another great player) but that's it! Jason Tyner, Bartlett, can't hit HR, Michael Cuddyar (How do you spell this guys name?) get him into a 2 strike position and he'll swing at anything.

Justing had better fielding, more hr, rbi, and 5th in al in batting average.

Throughout my life, I've noticed that the dream of many asians is to come to America and marry a white person. In this country, asians often seem to prefer the company of whites, even over other asians. As far as blacks or hispanics, etc, forget it! I've even read about people in China and Japan getting surgery to make their eyes rounder and breaking/stretching their legs to get taller. What's up?
