Try "The Shining" by J Dilla. Features Common, D'Angelo (yup, back from the abyss - lol), Dwele, Black Thought and a few others. Best hip hop album I've heard in a long time.

There is no such thing as a good hip-hop album. Sorry, but it's true.
Listen to some MUSIC. Not a guy talking about how he's adept at shooting up his neighborhood and selling drugs to grannies on welfare set to a computer generated beat.
And remember. You can't spell CRAP without RAP.
