A French firm wants me to deliver 10,000 units of my video games to each country (Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Taiwan, and France) and I was wondering if anyone knows what terms should be put in the contract, for example, what law should I use, what should be the shipping terms, the payment terms, what currency should I make them use, and any other thing that can become a problem if it is not properly addressed. Can anyone help me out?

My lab is 5 months old and I would say 4 times out of 10 he will not retrieve a thrown toy. Is this because he is too young or is it because they have to be trained to retrieve? I thought being a labrador it was in his genes to retrieve anything that moved!

If I close this account now before making a purchase will this affect my credit rating?

there's this guy i work with, he's really hot and all the girls there want him. I have a 2000 Dodge Intrepid (automatic). Could it be my transmission or maybe my fuel injector? When I press the gas its like its in neutral at first but then its like my car jumps into gear and then shoots forward or back if in reverse. Its been doing this for 3 days so far. Is a sign of something simple like not letting it warm up first or is it a sign of a major repair? Any quick fix suggestions?

p.s If it means anything its been cold as crap the last 3 days and everytime the car reacted this way I had just turned the car on.
