I wake up every single night around the same time (usually a little before 5 or so...) I usually lay awake for about an hour and then fall back asleep for an hour before work. Last night I was up from 3 am - 7 am. Anyone know what could be causing this? I fall asleep fine...

I too have this problem. Are you a light sleeper? Could be some noise is waking you up at that time. For me, it's usually the garbage trucks that come rolling through at 6 am. If it becomes a regular problem, then try Ambien or one of those drugs.

Drug dealers? Neighbor going to work or returning home? Acid reflux? Change of life? Diabetes? Sleep apnea?
