Go with Hissa's answer: Bonne chance pour tes examens, aujourd'hui.

Sarah, Jena and Kevin obviously don't know French very well, and even "fluent" Danto is a little off with his choice of preposition, which sounds oddly English to me (good luck WITH your exams).

If you are not really familiar with the person you're speaking to, you would say "Bonne chance avec votre examens", but if you know them well it is less formal to say "Bonne chance avec tes examens".
Or alternatively if you want to seem as if you have a wider vocabulary, you could say "J'espere que tu réussis à tes examens aujourd'hui".
Which literally means "I hope that you succeed in your exams today".

Edit:
Yes, thanks for your put-down MamaFrog. I actually realised while at college today that it should have been "vos examens" in the formal version, and probably pour instead of avec. What can I say, I only study the language at A-level.

Bonne chance avec tes examens/controles. *Fluent french speaker here*

*Edit* To MamaFrog: You are right. It's been about 6 years now that I don't practice my French, the other day I was talking to a friend of mine in french and I got REALLY mixed up with the English language, Better start hittin' the books.

I usually say "Bon courage pour tes examens aujourd'hui.", which means "Good courage/endurance". Otherwise, "Bonne chance pour tes examens aujourd'hui." (Good luck...)
