I mean, with Tea it's easy, but with Coffee there's either crappy Instant or all that faffing around with filters and machinery...

My ex in-laws aren't happy with a situation we have. They normally see the children every Friday night, and my mother normally sees the children every Saturday night. They asked us last week if they could take the 7 yr old boy (there's also a 4 yr old girl) out of state for Thanksgiving. (we live in Illinois). This is the first year in four my mother has asked to see the kids for Thanksgiving due to family situations. We made plans to have her come here in September. Now, my ex-husband's now b/f's parents are saying they never get to see the kids and are threatening to take custody. Can they do that? The kids are healthy, happy, clean, smart... there is nothing wrong with how they're being raised or treated. My ex is no help, won't stand up for our rights as parents. They won't pick a fight with me, they just keep going after him. I want to keep peace between the families. What can I do?

Isnt it time for minorities to turn away from leftist advocacy groups and embrace entrepreneurship, education and higher living standards?

Are these so called minority groups a hindrance to those which they claim to represent? Why does the government and these minority groups treat blacks like retards who are incapable of doing anthing for themselves?

Why do blacks and other minorities support these groups which clearly portray them as idiots in need of government assistance and protection?

Why are rich, educated and successful black people attacked by their own, called race traitors, or not "down" with the brothas and the sistas?

I have know this guy for about a year now. And this past summer he told me that he like me. The only promble is that he had a girlfriend at the time. I didnt tell him that I like him too. My friend divorced her husband when she was 3 months pregnant. He had been cheating on her throughout their marriage, and she just found out then. She's due to have their baby next month, and he doesn't want any part of it.
She's currently dating an old friend who wants to help her with the baby-even if things don't work out he wants to raise the baby with her.
If she puts this new guy's name on the birth certificate (her ex will know about it), does he still have any rights? Would she and the new guy be better off if they married, too?

Hi, I'm Ruth from Michigan. There's a trade center (Gibraltar Trade Center) consit of several booths with small business, wich mine is a little card/toy shop wich is a busy place. Although I have probably only 400 sq ft. This place is always packed.. I have acess to the show area, so I have a nice size area yu-gi-oh, Magic, & other tournaments. The problem is the trade center's only open 3 days a week and they just raised their rent to $1200 a month. For about $800 more(everything included) I have found a building right next to a high school and elementry school, in a plaza perfect location!! I know every kid and customer by Name and all the regulars willing to do on their behalf whatever it takes to get this open. But the fear is the down payment, and the 3 year lease. I doubt I would qualify (I haven't got good credit) for a SBA loan and NEED between 5-$10,000. I NEED Good funraising ideas.How do legally raise money so kids can have a local card shop! They're counting on me. HELP
