Another thing: DO NOT do calf raises. I see a lot of people suggesting calf raises but it only makes them bigger. I took that suggestion years ago and all it did was make them bigger and now i'm paying for it trying to de-bulk them.

Also no-no's: duck walking, stair climbing and there is more...

The strong connection you feel with certain people?
For example: You may believe the connection you feel with someone is for a reason. That, perhaps, they were brought into your life to teach you a valuble lesson. The more I think about that one the more I realize. Doesn't everyone offer us a lesson, valuable or not?
Or you could believe that you knew this person in a past life...

We have been casually dating for about a month and have only just recently made it official. I have met his mother twice briefly but it will be the first time I meet his four siblings: three sisters and one brother. They call the night "Family Fun Night" and they play various games, which apparently get very intense. People always say the day of Jesus'birth was not December 25th.They base this on that it was Winter and shepards would not be out in the field at that time.But is it not possible that this night was special and they were out there on December 25 because God arranged it?Is it not also possible that the date of December 25th was known and that pagans ripped it off?We as Christians believe that Jesus was born December 25th.PROVE IT OTHERWISE.Blessings.

I have a Ten gallon tank and have a sucker fish , 3 austrialian rainbow fish, a black skirt tetra, and two redish orange tetras ... which i know are all compatible fish and they all school together since most of them are schooling fish . But i have a five gallon and i have darf gaurami , a tourquise gaurami , a silver with black spotted catfish and a great diano, my question is if i got a 30 gallon tank am i able to put all my fish in one tank so that i could use my 10 gallon tank for chilids or goldfish ?
