Guppies are very fast multipliers. My mother found that out when my brother brought home some guppies and they started having babies. Eventually, she ended up flushing some of them down the toilet, but we did give a lot of them away. You can place an ad in your local paper. If your local radio station has free want ads, use that forum. Hang notices on college bulletin boards (ask permission first). You could sell some on eBay, but shipping would be a problem, so just sell locally.

if the tank is full of guppies its a wonder that they are not eating the baby ones ..If you cant sell them try to give them away but some breeders will use them for food for bigger fish ..

How about getting you a cichlid fish (Jack Dempsey, Oscar, Convict, African, etc.) and let them chase the guppies around the tank and eat them. it's very fun to watch these aggressive fish eat.

Your local petstore might take them. But i doubt that stores like Petsmart or Petco would take them. Try a local aquarium store or petstore thats not a big chain! Good luck!!!!!!!!
*Blurb*My neighbors guppies bred and one baby was a mutant and its really fast but its kinda creepy! : P

Try selling to mom and pop fish stores. I wouldn't sell them to chain stores like Petsmart and Petco, since you never know if they'll be used as feeders for their larger fish. You can also try Aquabid.com.

Your local pet store should take them, or you could run an ad in the newspaper.

Flushing them down the toilet is a cruel thing to do! perhaps you can donate them to the zoo, or the park, or another place that has water. Perhaps they can put them in ponds with waterlilies.
