You should do hat, gloves and scarf sets for all of them. I did that for my (girl) friends last year and they loved them. everyone got a different colour but all the same style! I think i spent about 12 dollars a person and it wasn't something that got thrown at the back of a shelf or the bottom of a drawer or closet. they got use of them and still do. good luck and merry christmas!

If they have cellphones, a telephone prepaid card would be nice tucked into a fun card. It is impersonal and always appreciated, especially if you add "Always remember that I'm just a phone call away!" Be careful with the chocolates, because they may be dieting or allergic. And forget about filling a basket with $1 store bubble baths and soaps - they are not high quality and you would be feeling terrible if your friend turned up with a rash after Christmas!! No girl wants someone else to pick out her lipstick and nail polish either!! Too, too personal and must be matched to skin tones like makeup. You are so thoughtful that you are giving gifts so just be sincere! Don't know your age but people who are recommending websites like Avon.com and ebay should keep in mind that, if this is a young person, they probably don't have a credit card and that is only way you can shop online! Ideas where he/she can buy these nice things for CASH and IN PERSON LOCALLY are more likely what is being requested.

I make very simple Strawberry Jam. So easy. Go to www.foodnetwork.com Then I put a label on it with a cute Christmas saying (I use Linus's, The meaning of Christmas" from Charlie Brown) My friends drool over it and it's cheap. They love that it's personal and homemade.
Merry Christmas!

Fragrances. Soaps. Shower gel.
Bath & Body works is the best shop for what you're looking for. They have adorable gift bags ranging from under $10 to probably around $40. Best parts - you can pick which fragrances to put in the bags AND if the girls don't like what you picked, they can exchange the gift WITHOUT a receipt for another fragrance.

give them each a christmas card inviting them out to lunch! or dinner! tell them the date, time and where. then meet them all there! pick a place where you know you can feed them all for $15. each or less and reserve a table for however many of you there are!
that would be a great gift!
imagine the fun you'll have with all your friends together! you will all enjoy it and they'll love you for it!
merry christmas

Anything chocolate should do the trick.
Also check out eBay for jewelry. Lots of neat stuff there for very reasonable prices.

Put together a pamper yourself basket. You can get a lot of "bath items" like bath gel, bubble bath, bath salts, powders, body sprays and stuff like that pretty cheap at a "dollar store" and package it all in a reusable make-up type bag or basket that they can put on their bathroom counter
